Can you ever be too unusual/non-mainstream to date?

By trade, I'm a musician, and I have a tough time dating. I have a lot of hobbies that are cool but out of the ordinary, I actually dropped out of high school to start a business, and, in general, I just don't like a lot of things that are mainstream.

Guys may find you hard to relate to or converse with, then. But unless you're the type who says things like "Ugh, you're still breathing OXYGEN? That's *so* last year!" because you're trying to set the world record for insufferability, I doubt you're too unusual.

you can be too "unusual" to gind "a good date" but i'd argue that you can always find people. not considering if you "would" or "should" like those that you can find being a certain level of unusual.
