How should I tell a guy at work who thinks we are friends that think he's a rapist?

m so excited to confront a loser a work by tellin him he acts like a rapist. How should i do it?
he's not the only one but he's more talkative so i think hed be receptive He invited me to drink alcohol numeros times after i said i dont drink at all and dont want to. He invited me to drink tequila at 12am in the park. He wants free fornication. Males these days are such scum... I wanna tell him what i think f his sorry asss. Then mayb hell stop inviting me

You don't want to make charges you can't back up. Just because you think this, does not make it a fact. You could get yourself into some real trouble this way. Best thing is to take the high road. It would be best to just tell your supervisor about his advances and that you are a bit offended. Your not interested and if he doesn't stop. You will be forced to make an official harassment report. You are more interesting in being left alone and would prefer to keep this civil. You also want this documented in the event this guy does something stupid or threatens you.

You definitely need to make it clear you are not interested and are bothered by his continuously asking. But there is a tactful way to say something especially at work where it could affect your employment or how your boss/co workers perceive you. You could simply pull him aside when he does and tell him I do NOT and will not I'm the future want to hang out with you. You seem to have a certain endpoint with hanging out with me which I am not open to or comfortable with. I'm making this very clear so please stop or I will have to discuss this with HE.

Don't. Because you can get in trouble for slander. Not worth it. As long as he doesn't personally bother you, stay away from him. Too many crazies today.
