Is it just me, or do black men come off as more masculine and confident? (including toxic-masculinity)?

OP is self-explanatory. And i'll say that while i say masculine and confident in a positive sense, i also mean the toxic aspacts of it as well, like being overly cocky and toxically masculine in some aspects. The black men iv been romantically interested in seem to follow these tropes and i was wondering if other women noticed that as well.
