Those are direct enemies.
Actually they are called... employees.
I understand. I used to be an assistant manager in a company for some two years and I found out that employees and interns are the worst. I got directed by my department to not put myself limits in fixing the office up. Once I did, they did a company talk about how some managers were ''overstepping and creating an unhealthy work environment'' and got let go alongiside other managers and assistant managers.
Well.. i own the company, my"job" is safe... we are seasonal employment, employees want time off, freebies, yet barely do their job. I truly feel they are just here to show up for a check. I get labeled as an asshole because i have (customer's) expectations. I mean imagine that... we are getting pay do what the customer wants or exceed the customer's expectations to getting a referral for the next job... everyone like it or not is in sales regardless of position in company. You are selling your time for money by providing a service. Are you a walmart type provider or are you a macys provider? You can afford to lose a customer to price, but yoy can't afford to lose a customer to quality.
