Why mens public toilets are dirty and smelly?

Public toilets are public toilets.

Its just there aren't many people cleaning them. Maybe once a day a cleaning lady or cleaning dude comes around, spraying them with a garden hose.

You walk into a mans bathroom and what’s near the sink? Tooth brush, tooth paste, razor, and shaving cream… Walk into a women’s bathroom what’s on, near, and in the sink, an entire department store of useless trash… The floors might even be coated in baby powder and long alien funky hairs... Trust me women have their own stink, they have random toilet paper everywhere, period blood, pads, etc. Girls are filthy… Guys just tend to take a leak in public bathrooms most of the time...

But really depends on the place. Some are much better than others for cleaning them.
