How do you know if a guy's a Mitch?

Same way you know if a woman is a bitch. I've found some few, rare people actually work hard to establish and live that life, mostly though some people look at them as a total bitch, some people as their idol, knight in shining armor, what have you, and most people just really don't have an opinion or care.

So, if someone, male or female is going out of their way to make enemies, stab people in the back, and there isn't even any clear gain in it for them, then they're a mitch/bitch, though asshole works for both genders and is more accurate to me, they just want to shit all over everything.
