Many men have told me that they don't care about women's accomplishments, goals, financial ability. And one even told me that men care about the value of women (the one he puts on her), how fertile she is, and women who are willing to let him be the leader abd provider (but he sounded kinda angry so I think he was an incel). But anyway, what do men usually look for in and about a woman?

Many men have told you? You not even 20, how many men could you have talked to lol. Nah the trash guys you talked to said that shit. Most men like shit simple. If a guy doesn't like what you do and says he needs a woman to know her role he's insecure af. As far as what specifically do guys look for it's the same answer for the other side. Just depends on what they're looking for, different strokes for different folks. Communication and compatibility are key for any relationship to work.

Broke men and materialistic men and men who just want a fuck buddy like girls to have a career. Are any of those the kind you want to attract? If so better focus on a career. Successful men, men who want a family, relationship minded men do not like women who focus on a career because it gets in the way of family and fun and you being a support person to them.
