Was at a sports field with a group of friends when my car overheated. I popped the front lid open and a few of my friends checked to see how it looked. My guy friend who shows interest in me/flirts a lot ignored it and continued to play the group sport. My car eventually got towed and some other friends checked on me again during that time. If a guy doesn't check on you and continues to play a sport with friends, is he uninterested?

Its nothing serious. He may or may not be but from experience who ever is interested in me would show they care. If they can help they will if not, he will help you get help.
