Maybe he believes that she wrong him in some way, so he's getting revenge? Maybe he gets a sense of power from hurting someone else, and she is an easy target? Maybe he's a sadist and just derives pleasure from inflicting harm on another person? Could be any number of reasons.

I did nothing to him... but he is very kind to others. It is not like acts like that ( tries to destroy, hurt me every time). One moment he is caring, flirts with me, is protective but the other just tries to hurt me.

With that context, perhaps it's an attempt to manipulate you. To make you do what he wants, or behave the way he wants you to.

Hey. I did not do anything. Really. He always flirted with me, I ignored him. He joked about fucking me, often was checking me out. Insulted me when was talking about my crushes or ignored me then. Once, when I knew him just for few month. We left two in a room , cause our mutual friends left. He started to joke that he will stripe for me and shew me his ass. I said: "you are not drunk and do this, what you will do drunk?". He replied:" I will try to have sex with you". I know that he is respectful and good with other girls. When I saw him with other girls (his friends and groupmates) for a minute he stoped talking with these girls and looked at me. The same was in the street. Once he saw me with my friend for a far and then again started looking. The other times when he saw me he used to smile and asking about myself.
