Probably would but I wouldn't know how to act if they still sent me flirty messages though, like rejecting can make you feel horrible but it'd be hard not to feel like you're being so more if they carry on their pursuit like how would you respond to that? I'd try and keep them happy with friendship but if they pushed too hard I might just cut them off entirely tbh but I don't know it depends on the friendship you guys have

Well if I wasn't friends with her and she'd rejected me once I wouldn't really want anything to do with her to be honest. There's no reason to theirs no attachment or ties and if they're still pursuing me after I've turned them down there's clearly no respect for boundaries so why would I? Yaknow?
