When I met my boyfriend, his hair was beautiful, I loved his haircut. Recently he has decided to change his barber and now he has a new haircut…🤦🏻♀️…needless to say, I don’t think it fits him, I don’t think he looks good with it. I told him I liked his haircut but he keeps insisting that he loves his new haircut and plans to keep it. How do I politely tell him I don’t like his haircut and perhaps ask him to let it grow to how he use to have it?

Guys: I like his old haircut, I don’t want him changing it. When I met him his haircut was very nice, now he has changed his whole look completely with his new haircut. It’s trippy

I have my own ideas about my hair. But if I plan something drastic, I'd at least mention it before it happens. I might be open to discuss a compromise. But then - I'd want my girl to be with me because of what's UNDER my scalp :)
I'm not especially attached to my own styles, and like to experiment. So unless it's something ridiculous, I'd be happy to try whatever look she wants to see me in.

Don't. You say "I'm glad you found something you like so much. You should keep it. It may take me a little time to get used to, that's all." And get used to it. It's his hair. It's not his fault you don't like it. How someone really genuinely likes their look is almost always a reflection of their personality and who they are, so remember you like HIM, right? Then the haircut will definitely grow on you (wink) just give it some time to become familiar! Associate it with him and his face. Your brain will connect the feelings and it will become normal just like the old one.
No and I also wouldn't change the way I dress. I always thought it was weird and controlling that people want to start changing how you dress, your haircut and other things once you are in a relationship.

That is exactly my point, when I first met him he had a nice haircut. Now he wants to change it and I don’t think it fits him.
I’d only change it if she had a style suggestion that I would like. I prefer to keep my hair faded on the back and sides with a few inches on top, but I refuse to grow it long. If I liked a long style, I’d probably have it cut super short and consult the advice of some Drag Queens for some help with choosing the right wig and management/attachment method, but that’d have to just be for like 1 night out.
I would be willing to hear the suggestion, but I wouldn't change any aspect I care about. So it's a very limited maybe. And I would use it as a bargain chip to get her to change herself to be more attractive.
I didn't realize that a haircut changes a person from who they really are is it the hair or him you like if he said the same thing to you then you would say he is controlling

I don’t think so, if he tells me “love, I don’t think that haircut fits you” I’ll understand it comes from a place of love and take his opinion under consideration.
Nope because I dont have any hair lol But seriously why does or would a woman want to change anything about her man suppose to love them for who and what they are
