1. Find an addiction that is better than food.



2. At the same time, use psychology to weaken your attachment to food.



3. Drink lots of water and intake sufficient multi vitamins and micro minerals. Tap water might be enough for certain countries.



4. If you have an oral fixation, I would recommend you grow some wheat grass. You can grow it under a single light bulb. It will give you a distraction, positive reinforcement AND it is packed with mega doses of feel good vitamin B's. Only nibble 1 stalk per day or you might get queasy.



5. Take some time off work. This might take a while but frankly it's easier than the gym, where there are lots of hot people to distract you, yuck.
