I exercise a good amount each day (cardio & strength training), I eat relatively healthy and under 1500 calories, but my question is, if I do my cardio in the morning, but I am pretty much inactive for the rest of the day, will I still lose weight? I know that sounds stupid, but those sites where you calculate your daily caloric needs said I burn about 2100 calories a day since I am very active. However, I'm only active when I actually DO my exercise. Otherwise, I'm completely lazy. I exert myself during workouts, but after I'm done, I can lie down and watch TV or read or whatever all day. Will I still lose weight, even if I'm not always doing something?
