Will I lose weight?

I don't believe you need to be "doing something" to still lose weight. If you do burn a lot of calories during your morning, it doesn't mean you have to continuely do so during the entire day. Your body burns calories whenever, just because you are alive and breathing, but if you were to excercise it would burn more than it normally would, so it doesn't matter that you don't excercise the entire day, what matters is that you take time out of each day to exercise. Keep up your good work, and you will definitely lose weight :]
Its about the calories you burn per week and what your intake is. As far as food intake goes...its not about eating less calories...
Its about the more you exercise the more you have to take in.
I burn about 6600 calories but I have to eat about 1700-1900 to offset the energy I'm burning...and I still lose weight.
Well see I looked on those calorie calculator sites, they said I burn 2100 calories a day (since I do cardio everyday), but what I'm asking is do I still burn 2100 calories a day when after I do my workouts in the morning I pretty much do nothing? I lay down and watch TV, I stay at home..
Doesn't matter if you lay down or whatever...that's not how it works.
Your body needs to take in a certain amoutn of calories just to function. You need to figure out what that # is.
Then you need to figure out how much you burn.
Then you need to figure out how much you eat.
That's my point.
I do know how much I burn, and I do know how much I eat. I put that in my question and in my comment. What I was asking was, is 2100 ACCURATE if I am not necessarily active the ENTIRE day, when those calculators ask you "How active are you?" And I say "Very active" because I run or swim in the mornings. I'm not sure what they mean by "Very Active", because I am ONLY "very active" in the MORNINGS.
I don't think you are listening. There are 3 #s you are trying to figure out.
- How much calories your body needs to FUNCTION
- How much calories you eat
- How much calories you burn via exercise
Once you give me 3 NUMBERS (not two)
then I can't answer your question.
