For me personally I love nighttime runs. I love the cool air against my skin and running under the stars and the quiet of the neighborhood. I'm also much more comfortable running when I know I'm not going to be running by a bunch of other people--it makes me uncomfortable and self-conscious.
I also like to exercise indoors two hours after I eat breakfast (I usually eat breakfast at like 11am or 12pm cuz my work shifts usually go until 11 or 12 at night, so I sleep late). Recently though it's been getting really hot in the afternoons, and I'm thinking I might have to work something else out, because we don't have air conditioning in our living room >.<
