If you go to college then you have a gym membership. Nearly all universities have their own fitness center and community colleges usually do as well. If they don't they will usually have a partnership with a local gym.
As for a workout plan you can find many with just a little research. Bodybuilding.com is a pretty good place to start. Just don't fall for all the supplement ads.
In regards to motivation. That's on you.

I actually stopped doing regular sports at a centre because I'm moving to college soon. Instead I started doing workouts every day or odd day for 7 to 10 minutes each day. I'm actually getting more results muscle-wise than I did when I boxed. I use some of the apps from Runtastic and I can recommend those, they give some great ideas of workout and keep you motivated to some degree

Yaeh u can do some activities like squats its a great exercise to work on thies butt n total toned legs.
For abs go for planks and that circle used while dancing.
And running and pushup.
And crunches for sure.
Do it 30 mins or kore
