I really need help with working out?

I've always had trouble working out whether its bc I'm not motivated or bc I dont have time. But now since I've been losing weight I've noticed that as the pounds go away my body still looks terribly flabby because just walking hasn't toned me up. I really need a good workout plan to tone my belly, legs, butt, and arms that I can do while im working, at school, or walking. ( I work 2 jobs and go to school so gym memberships are out). THANKS in advance!
