Which foods/drinks I shall not eat/drink in order to drop my testosterone levels?

you want to do this just to stop getting hair on your body? you can go to a doctor and get medication that will raise your estrogen and progesterone levels. I have high levels of testosterone so i went to a hormone specialist and she prescribed progesterone cream to get my levels normal... they could probably get your testosterone lowered although i dont think theyll recommend it..
just shave dude!!
i do. but i cannot shave all the time!!! after 2 or 3 days they'll start to appear again...and in 1 week they'll be visible. not to mention about facial hair where i need a shave each 2 days. it gets me on the nerves!!!
its not like you're the only one who deals with that haha its a part of being a guy. girls shave too!
damn i really wish i didn't had anything of those notorious "secondary sex characteristics". they are a pain in the ass!!! i find body and facial hair really weird. it gives me the impression that these things were only existed among cavemen in paleolithic age
i dont think so. a lot of men are extremely handsome with and without body and facial hair
no way...i really found them out-of-sync, weird and ugly!!! a 21st century man with body/facial hair? just RIDICULOUS!!!
i don't know what to avoid but soy mimics
estrogen
I am not sure what to avoid, but I read something about caffeine somehow turns a chemical in our body into estrogen, instead of turning it into testosterone. I didn't really understand the whole thing, because it was a little over my head, but it sounded like adding caffeine in your diet could lower testosterone, while raising estrogen.
i drink coffee, tea, and cola everyday for about a year...all of 3 contain caffeine. is it enough? recently i stopped eating red meat too
I don't know what you are wanting to do, or how much caffeine really effects your levels. I know I read that estrogen promotes weight gain, and body fat promotes more estrogen. In order to lose weight I was thinking of lowering my estrogen level by not drinking caffeine. Anyway I got the information from online, so you may want to look into it yourself, but make sure it is legit.
i read that lack of sleep drops your testo levels down. i'm lucky then because i sleep only 5-6 hrs per day
Trust me, you don't wanna do that. It'll lower your sex drive, make you not last long at all, you'll have less energy and you'll likely gain weight from depression
if it was meant to eliminate your body/facial hair...then who the hell gives a f*ck about sex drive?

If this is just about body hair , look into permanent hair removal. Electrolysis , you can wax. But if the is about wanting to be feminine than you would want to see a medical professional. Cutting out foods and eating others even certain supplements my cause health issues. And even women can be extremely hairy. Even if you cut down on testosterone your genetics can play a large part.
