How can I get my back realigned without have to go to the doctor?

How can I get my back, back into place without spending a lot of money? Its been out for at least a few months.

Find a good chiropractor. Notice I say a good one! XD

There are lots of quacks. Ask around. Ask everyone you can.

I went to a few chiropractors who were okay... Then I met one known as "Dr. Pain" (He hates to be called that btw)

After an adjustment with him (And yeah. He lives up to his name) it took about forty minutes before I was in a literal... Euphoria. It was amazing. He knew what he was doing.

Chiropractors also do not charge a lot. Look for reviews online, and go to the one who has the best reviews!

Well... I do self adjustments periodically. I take an elbow and (Right elbow, right knee) place it inside my right leg, and use it to turn my body. usually my back will crack. I do it both ways. (Left elbow, left knee)

Sometimes, I will purposefully relax my back, resting my hands on my thighs, near the knees, and push up. This decompresses my spine. I hear cracking then, too. It has helped me immensely.

Sometimes I will also take the top of my wrist, and push it into my spine, making a fist, and putting my right fist into my left hand, and pushing it into my spine until it cracks, up and down. None of these exercises are ever forceful. I am merely telling you what I do. Consult a doctor before you try them, you could hurt yourself.

It's not a good idea to do it yourself you really need to see a professional as you could actually have something seriously wrong and could be damaging it more if you try to fix it yourself

You could probably explain that to your doctor and they could refer you to a certain place or work out some kind of payment deal for you

a chiropractor, an alternative may be acupuncture but I think this is more costly. health is important , life is priceless.

& keep in mind your back is something you want to "splurge" on , this is worth the medical treatment completely. if you were to mess up and damage your spine you could not be able to walk again is that worth paying maybe 50-100 a month on a hospital bill?
