5 foot and 130 is considered overweight. But maybe not according to American standards. Compared to Canadians Americans are quite large. For 130 pounds you should be at least be approximately between 5'3-5'6. Or for 5 foot you should be approximately between 95-120. Health is most important thought. Being overweight doesn't mean you are not healthy and being a so called normal weight doesn't mean you are healthy. However, the skeletal system can only carry so much weight. You are young and shouldn't have problems with carrying the weight now. Most people tend to gain weight as they get older. So, you might want to keep that in mind. You could possibly gain another 10-15 pounds by the time you are 30, which is quite heavy for you height.
The taller you are the more you weigh. For example, I'm 5'10 and weigh 145. But due to my height and my particular body structure I can weigh as much as 170 without being or looking overweight since its evenly distributed in a long frame. But the heavier weight would put more strain on my joints, especially the knees.
I would say you are plump. I'm not one to listen to whats socially acceptable or not. Fact is fact if you weight too much you will eventually have problems attributed to that weight because it stresses your skeletal system which can only carry so much. You will be fine now since you are young but unless you take action in the near future. plum people often turn into fatter people with age.

5'3 for a girl is fine ~ many of my friends are under 5'5
Its about feeling good about yourself and being healthy for you.
When you feel good about you, it puts off an aura of self confidence. That is a beautiful thing.
Just take care of yourself and be you. Don't try and be something else or obsess over trying to be a certain way.
You look great and the ones that are attracted to all of you will notice.

If you have noticeable fat on you, then it's not even healthy.
From a personal perspective, I'm not attracted to people with fat on them. healthy slim is fine, but as soon as your arms/legs/stomach or what ever place starts wobbling when you move, then it is undesirable for me. But there are guys out there who prefer their girls chunky. You are perfect just the way you are. A lot of guys like girls who have curves. However if there's something you don't like about yourself, change it! But only if you don't like something about yourself. Don't change for anyone else but you
Its completely fine. Everyone has their own preferences but overall i think most men would be more then happy with those proportions. Looking at your profile pic you look stunning to me : P
