Lower Back Pain, Really need Help?

So I have this Job, a logistic service, and I work at the office the whole time,
I have been having this killing pain in the lower of my back lately, and its getting worse day after day, sometimes i can't get up from bed in the morning unless i have a pain killers,

What should i do to stop it, i tried to change the way i sit and like walk around for few minutes but it won't go away

I'm not a doctor, but when I get lower back pain I sometimes get some relief by doing some stretching exercises. If you're in bed, you can get on your side in the fetal position and bring your knees up to your chest as far as you can. This stretches the muscles in your lower back that may be tensed up. Or if you're out of bed, stand straight up with your back against a wall. Slowly raise one knee up, wrapping both hands around that knee, bringing it as far up to your body as you can. You'll be balancing on one foot, but the support from leaning against the wall should help you keep your balance. Hold the knee up to your chest (or as far as you can bring it up) and feel the muscles in your lower back stretching. Slowly lower that leg back down and do the same thing with the other leg. I think these stretches probably help more with tensed up muscles in the lower back, and might not work for something like a disc problem.

stretch, walk... but most important is go to a doctor. if you are at the point of being unable to get up without pain killers it sounds to me like you have perhaps slipped a disk or herniated something. it may be nothing but you should def get to a doctor

Maybe there is a disc or your spine that needs to be cracked or aligned back into place, see a chiropractic.. My mum has a similar thing.. And when she has gone to see the chiro its really helped her, that or try a nice supporting cushion/pillow for your office chair 😊

Go see a chiropractor. When I had lower back pain they adjusted one of my vertebrae in my upper back that was pinning one of the nerves causing the pain. Professional help would help more than GAG lol.

Get a massage done. Back pain sucks
