Don't eat bread , too much bread makes you fat. Only whole grain bread is good for you and you should not eat a lot of it if you're trying to lose weight some is good but not heaps. The more you eat the healthy food the less you crave bad food. I'm a trainer. And I eat 2 bad meals per week cheat meals. One during the week and one in the weekend.

EAT BREAD. A SHIT LOAD OF BREAD, not the factory manufactured stuff you get in loaves but the nice stuff you get a bakeries and such
Don't cut if off entirely, start gradually by cutting off small portions. The less you eat, the less you crave it then.
