do you even notice when you are stressed out?
how do you feel after you've dealt with it?
I listen to music or go for a run. When I'm stressed, I get a weird headache that feels like it's right behind my eyes and my jaw or neck gets tense. Once, I started grinding my teeth and chipped a tooth so I have to be careful now. I have to do something about my stress because of the physical symptoms and to improve my mood. After I've done something about it, I gain a sense of clarity and feel like whatever that's stressing me out isn't too bad and I'll be fine eventually.
I have dealt with stress and anxiety most of my life. I deal with it by exercising, bubble baths, artistic expression like painting or drawing, writing in my journal, but the most stress relieving of anything is music. Listening to music, crying to it, laughing to it, dancing to it... I can actually feel the music and it feels great.
i just drink and take valium all the time and try keep my mind distracted. otherwise i would have topped myself by now
sleep... music.. bitch to my best friend.. or just casually piss myself

Totally notice it. And I've started to take st. Johns wort. I'd defiantly recommend it if your going through stress. And learning how to meditate.
Cool. It's a herb you can find it in capsule form :) Really good, since its natural for you too.
I usually don't deal with it until I freak out and have a mental breakdown lol. Then I try to not stress about everything so much and take a nice long nap, listen to music or take my dogs to the dog park because puppies make everything better haha.
I dont. I end up getting a duvet and going to the bathtub to hide and sleep there. Its comfortable and cosy so I guess it makes me feel better... Going out with friends also helps me to get my mind off things...
I notice it because my hair starts to fall out =/ and I deal with it by listening to music and reading and just basically blocking out the world because I either cry angry tears and yell (I tend to get annoyed/frustrated quickly when I'm stressed)
Not in a good way. I hyperventilate, cry and then cut. I still feel like crap after I've dealt with it.
That's not dealing with it... that's giving into it. There are other better options.
