I workout 3-5 times a week. It's usually every weekday, but lately I've had to tone it down a little to recover from a minor-ish gym injury. My sessions last anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, with it usually falling in between at around an hour and 15 minutes.
And "healthy" is subjective. What is "healthy" and in line with my personal goals, might not be near what you should be eating for yourself. I eat around 3000 calories a day, give or take some depending on the day, with plenty of carbs and protein thrown in.

boxer, 5 days a week, about 3-4 hours a day. normally I eat whatever I want but I try to stay away from soda and other messy foods and drinks. when I was getting ready for competition, then my dietitian would tell me what to eat and what not.. some times I had to gain some and some times I had to loose but im not competing anymore just training to stay in shape.
I dont work out.. my life is a work out.. I bike everywhere... winter too.
Activities: yoga, volleyball, hockey, badminton, softball, basketball
I try to eat healthy. I dont drink soft drinks or store bought juices. Rarely do any of theses: eat out, eat meat, bread and pasta. I make shakes with different fruits. I often get asked if I work out... so I guess I look fit. I dont do any of these things for guys, society or anyone else.
