Stage 4 is metastatic cancer which means it has spread from one site to another. Stage 4 isn't necessarily incurable, though it's a bit unlikely, depending on the cancer, to make all that much progress with chemotherapy. Sometimes physicians refer to inoperable tumors as incurable despite such cancers not having metastasized.

Stage 4 of cancer is the last stage and nothing usually can be done but really hard to say it's curable it would be hard cause this is stage it has spread to other organs
