Cutting carbs is a terrible idea. Cutting fat is much more effective. Keep in mind that meat and dairy are also fats, so a chicken soup might not be the best option. Pea soup has lard in it also which is literally animal fat. Stick to veggie soups and get most of your protein from plant-based sources instead of from animal sources since they have more fat than protein anyway.

I don't really understand when people say carb free. Carbs are good for you, fruits and veggies are carbs. Also high carb is usually better than high fat. But that's just me
peas are also... carby. not that high carbs. but they are.
you need some protein, you can't just live off fibrous vegetables.
You know carbs are a risky good for you right? And that cutting them is a bad idea.
