How long will it take my hair to grow?

I had surgery and the narcotics made my hair fall out. Well it's down to my shoulders now and my hair is really curly. I use this shampoo/conditioner for people going through cemo---use one or even twice a day. I also take folic acid once a day with iron for other reasons. Anyways if I continue this process and my hair is up to my shoulders, how long will it take to get to my rib cage or at least past my boobs?

I don't know of any narcotics that cause that. It is the chemo. I don't know how fast it grows; I guess it varies by person. But usually it is extremely curly when it come back in. By the way, sorry about your cancer. Hope all is removed and you are well on the road to recovery.

Thank you! And I don't have cancer by the way, I just use the shampoo that people with cancer use for there hair. I have crohns though, which isn't nearly as bad. But thanks anyways :)

On average hair grows 6 inches a year.
And you need to get it cut half an inch every 2 months.
So that you don't have split ends.

I had to cut 5 Inches off my hair! It was the saddest day ever.
