Girls help ASAP? Question about menstrual cycle :?

Okay so I have been on the pill for several months now. And usually my period comes on the clock and last exactly four days never more never less. This time it has come on time but only lasted two days !!! I'm a little worried I take serious precautions against babies !! So I time these things every time !!! Anyway after the two days I have received some spotting. I'm not sure if its something to worry about or not. I have booked an appointment to see a doc on Monday, but I'm still worried and like to get some answers asap ! If you experienced something like this or know someone please let me know ! Share your knowledge! Thank you !!!

Okay so I have went to see the good old doc and it turns out uts very much normal, after a long while on the pill. So no worries !! Haha feeling much better now 😃

Periods can last up to 2-12 days. It's really how our bodys react. Im a 3 day girl, with a light flow for 2 more days. Cramps can or cannot occur, if you see some weird colored fluidd or rashes coming from your vaginal area, thats what type of stuff you should be worried about. I wouldn't worry about a weird period, they shift. Mine comes earlier each month. They also coudlve changed and ingredient in the birth control your taking, and that could affect your period too. Dont worry, im sure your fine.

Nah don't worry. I was told by a doctor sometimes when you are stressed etc or are undergoing bodily changes - your hormones drop/change too. So its nothing to worry about

No worries. I've been to docs about this and hopefully yours would be much nicer. Mine basically told me since I am alive not to worry about it. In other terms when i am seriously ill and on the verge of death -then to come to him. He's a jerk. But dw and if you have any questions just private message me. Thank you that's so kind of you. I was worried a little for seeming as over reacting, so I really didn't want to go. I was gonna wait till next cycle, but my partner convinced me its better to get checked than wait and worry. Thanks for your kindness anyway, so rare to find now a days and I will take you up on that offer :)

Your body is perhaps just adjusting more to the hormones.

As long as you're taking the pill at the same time every day there should be no reason its less effective.

Spotting happens on the pill, its normal.
When I first started taking it I got my period immediately after starting the sugar pills but after a year or so it took more time (1-3 days even ) and sometimes I end up spotting randomly.

Nope nothing to worry about at all... it all dépends on what intake you have in your diet... for me if i eat healthy i get m'y period for only two days and heavy flow but if i take a light diet Thats less average intake then my period lasts for almost a week...

I'm on the pills because of cysts and endometriosis. But I had the same thing happen to me. I guess it's normal? It's great that you're seeing your doctor for it, though. It's probably nothing to worry about, but it's good to be safe.

It can be stressful, but I wouldn't me too worried! Stress and traveling can really throw off my cycle. Just give it some time and you'll be okay :)

Lol sorry! I didn't mean to freak you out :) Really, it has happened a lot to me and was always nothing. I just had one come almost two weeks late and it was just stress from the holidays. Don't worry!!
