Okay, so when i was 14 i was bullied because of my weight (i was 61kg). I went on a diet for 2 months and lost 14kg (i only eat apple and drink 4 liters of water a day and exercise 3 times a day). Everyone kept on telling me that i look beautiful then. This is the reason why im so sensitive when people call me fat.
So do you think i should lose some more weight or just maintain my current weight? Do you have any diet plan i could try?
