You can eat as much as you want.
It does spike up the sodium intake though so hydrate as much as possible. And don't eat the same type over and over.
Seaweed salad with sesame, dried seaweed sheets, seaweed deep fried. Sooo many options.
Seaweed can be really high in iodine. If you feel like you want to try eating it more often try to do so in moderation.
Well, I think seaweed was the original source for monosodium glutamate in traditional Asian cooking, so if you don't think that is healthy, then I would stay away from seaweed.

I know it must be healthy, in a certain amount, somehow... I never really thought about it, they taste real good anyway so I just eat'em without further thoughts lol
It'll make you bloated and retain salt but it is healthy!
Get down the coast and get munching!
