Why am I so cold?

ALWAYS COLD.
I'm thin yes, but I was this way when I weighed 40 lbs more too.
My thyroid was checked and normal. But barely. I thought that would be it.

Any other ideas?

If it's under 75 degrees I usually need a good jacket. Sitting still makes me cold, eating makes me cold. It's gross

I'm cold all the time too!!! I just dress warmly and then it's ok. Have you tried little tricks like wearing leggings under your jeans, or a tight long sleeve tee under your sweater? These help immensely!!!

Yeah it's probably iron related, how are you this time of year? Do you still bundle up?

Get your iron checked.
I have cold hands and feet 24/7-364. My iron is never where it should be.

Is your blood pressure low? That's the issue with my mom and she's always cold.
