Right now I'm training for SOWT for the airforce.
Running is half of what I do, a few miles a day at least. I don't swim as much as I need too.
I do a lot of body weight exercises. Flutter kicks, push ups, pull ups, planks, sit ups etc . But I also throw in weighted exersises. Squats are a lot of it.
I pretty much follow the training program thats on the special operations page on the airforce website. Anyone who wants to get in extremely good shape should check it out. It's free and it's effective.

I try train everyday of the week but sometimes I have too much things to do.
5-6 days a week on average.
I weightlift and when I can't get to the gym, I follow my own program at home that consists of high intensity aerobic and body weight exercises.
3-7 times a week, depending on how busy I am with school. It changes for me all the time, sometimes I'll go to the gym and lift heavy, other times I'll just go for a run, hike, or walk, hit up a gymnastics gym and tumble, and other times I'll take a yoga class. It's different all the time, I don't really have a specific training program. I just like to be active and as long as I'm getting my heart rate up for at least 30 minutes, I'm happy.
3-5 times a week, without counting my sports program at school!
I usually do interval trainings using my body weight and 10-15lbs dumbells for squats and lunges. I also run (or walk) up the 4 flights of stairs at my school sometimes. I also do yoga sometimes, to help relax the parts of my body I worked throughout the week! I try to pitch in cardio through my interval trainings like jumping jacks or mountain climbers!

I workout twice or three times a week: pilates (blogilates), dancing to kpop (at Sunday i have like a concert, while trough the week im learning the dances)
Currently im having 15 min wo when i wake up, im doing the all the blogilates month challanges (abs, thigs, arms, butt)about 3 to 4. I never do cardio. I do a quick 5 minute walk on the treadmill to warm up before I hit the weights.
I split it up, I do upper body one day and lower the next. I put a lot more focus on my lower body though.I walk my dogs everyday for a hour, do sit ups and resistance band work outs a few days a week and I just started trying classes at a gym here, hoping to get more into that.
I just got into these apps called 100 push ups and 200 sit ups. You basically do it every other day and by the end, you will have conditioned yourself to do 100 push ups and 200 sit ups in a row. It's pretty simple, actually.
I worked out 7 fays a week for 2 years ahah but this week I plan to just workout 5 days a week so I can let my body heal and rest ahah :) what about you?
I go to the gym 4 times a week. I used to go 6 days a week, but i had to cut it down to 4.
It's been a really long while. I don't even remember.
