No you got a problem right now but not seriously enough to be defined as clinical depression. Your problem is temporary if you decided to do something about your loneliness in time. I think you are just expressing your pain for now. It's normal to cry. If you don't cry/express and just do other things to avoid it which in my opinion, builds up hat pain but not releasing it.
The sleeping late and waking up late is due to a lack of motivation in life because you have no emotional support from people that are close to you.

I totally would just call this a life experience. Learn how to cope with your emotions and look for more hobbies. Perhaps you have too much time on your hands or maybe you would feel happier if you had something to look forward too. Make up with your family, they're all you got. Hangout with a friend and talk and vent and seek some support it alwaysalwaysalways helps me.

Can't you sleep, or do you just stay up? Because good sleeping habits really help keep your mind healthy and stable.
It could very well be depression. If you are struggling to cope then seek professional help.
I think you're confusing depression for just being sad.
Depression is more you kind of just feel apathetic. It's numbing and its kind of like you lose interest in things you once really enjoyed.Depression doesn't need a reason, but yes, it sounds like you may have a mild case of it.
"Silent Stress Syndrome" or S^3. That's something I made up.
