But I main the pain killers. Of course I don't do drugs. But I've had headaches due to stress throughout my life. When something smells terribly I have a headache. If someone talks too much I have a headache. And if I don't take a pain killer it kills me. I take it without the knowledge of the doctor. I think this has been some kind of addiction and unfortunately there aren't many rehabs in my country. I go to the university and want to lead a healthy life but I don't wanna die early either. I love life and I'm 20.

You have the typical symptoms over an oversensitive mind. It is a well known phenomena and there are more people suffering from it. If I recall well, there is a specific medicin for it (more healthy than pain killers), but talk to your doctor about it.

I know how you feel, 11-19 years old I had the same addiction.

It's hard to stop unfortunately but the best thing to do is cut it down. Slowly stop taking them until soon enough you won't need any of them at all.

Go to a doctor, even though painkillers may seem harmless, prolonged usage can cause long-term damage.

I rather trade places with you and have an addiction than trying basically every pill their is and have it not work/stop my mingranes.

Go see a real doctor
