When I make curry I usually put a small amount of coconut cream. The other week my brother made a curry with a tin of coconut milk and I came out in a rash. Another brother made me a curry again with coconut milk, and again had the same reaction. I haven't had coconut cream since the first reaction.
Am I allergic to coconut as a whole or is coconut milk different in some way? I'm a bit scared to try actual coconut now to find out...
