Even if your diet is healthy, you should count your macros if you're attempting to build muscle and lose fat.
You can find tutorials on YouTube about counting macros, but this is SOOO important when getting fit.
Your diet might be healthy in the wrong way mate, to lose the fat you have to cut your carbs and raise your protein levels and cut the sweets all together

Belly fat is kinda hard to loose bro if you do crunches and plank it will only expands you have to look at your diet too cut the crappy foods and do loads of cardio if you have bike or car get rid of it get a cycle am sure ut will help you a lot
You're probably not resting properly. You need to take a 72 hour break between exercises if you want to build muscles that last a long time.
