That is a BMI of 21, which is good and should be reachable if you continue. But make sure you only burn fat and no muscle. Don't hurry it up and just eat healthy. Miracle diets do not exist. Just cut down carbs so your daily energy intake is below your need. And for the rest eat enough fruit and vegetables and some proteins to keep your muscle mass. And do a lot of low intensity cardio. Its summer, so outside running, walking, biking is perfect. But you need at least 20 to 30 min to start fat burning.

I had gained weight and saw some show and said I wanna look like her and my dad said u wouldn't ur big boned... well that's a lie I lost 40 pounds on Atkins diet and did look great still need to lose more.
Ull know when to skinny is too skinny
Well show them that you can , people always told my father he would never be able to gain muslce at his age (45 at that time) whithin a year he gained like 40 pounds of muscle, no steroids. Even I was like "What DA FUCK"

at 5'5" you could do 110 to 115 and look great

Its because their trying to put you down. They don't believe in you. Their jealous of you and don't want to see you succeed. There is going to be a lot of people that are going to do that. Make sure to stay away from those people as far as you can get! But keep your head up, and continue your journey! I've went through similar things and it sucks. But I kept a positive attitude and lost 50 pounds! When someone says you can't do it, Say YES I CAN and do it! I'm rooting for you! Good luck!
