It's annoying that even though I dont look as heavy as I am, I dont feel as good as I want to feel.
Please help.
P. S. I dont believe in crash diets and I drink a loooot if green tea.(... if this helps)
Hey there! Weight loss is best facilitated by a calorie deficit diet. That means you need to consume less calories than you expend. Best way to do this is to increase your cardio exercise, and eat less calorie dense foods.
You mentioned back problems, so running is out, but I'd advise using a crosstrainer/elliptical machine, or a bike. This lets you raise your heart rate without the strain on your joints.
As for food, I'd recommend high protein, low carb foods. I'm a big fan of protein shakes/bars/balls, jerky, or nuts as snacks, because they all fit into that calorie deficit diet.
1. Lower your calorie intake.
2. Swimming, cycling, walking.
3. Some pilates moves are good for lower back pain.
Workouts that get you breathing hard are good, that's how we burn energy. You want to be able to go almost as hard as you can for a few seconds then slow down again. You probably aren't interested in all the sciencey info but basically Sprinting>Running>Walking although since you can't run how about doing sprint laps in a pool? And what about cycling?
I know these things because I lost 60kg. I used to be morbidly obese and got down to a normal weight.
Weight is lost in the kitchen; nutrition is 90% of the battle.
You may think you're eating well, but it's quite possible you aren't eating as well as you think. I'd recommend speaking to a nutritionist if you're serious.
Can you lift weights? Strength training will go a long way to losing weight and keep it off.
I haven tried lifting weights much; not much strength !!
But ill give that a shot and work on it..
Thanks

At most you weigh like 169 lbs - losing 66 lbs would put you to 103. Unless you're extremely short that sounds really really unhealthy. Are you sure you meant 66 lbs? Also, why start out with kg and switch to lbs?
some Creatine ,, and heavy sport training
Good luck 👍
Go for long walks, lift weights (4 days a week and work every body part.)
