Anyways how can I keep my motivation going to loose weight and also what has been the most effective way for you guys? Because when I go to the gym I'm kind of lost on what I should be focusing on, cardio, weights, when to alternate etc..
And how to stay away from the junk food.. I've already completely cut soda out for about 3 years, and I really don't eat too bad. And while I don't alway go to the gym I am kinda active. So what advice can you guys give me to stay motivated and loose the weight?
