So in my case. 2 years ago I was 141lbs then I worked out for the first time for like a month and lost 20lbs. I was able to maintain my weight until graduation day, then I started gaining weight again. From 120lbs I am now 134lbs. Now I'm planning to work out again and aiming for 90-100lbs because that's the normal weight for my height. Is it still possible that I will lose more than 30lbs in around 3 months after losing so many weight 2 years ago? With of course daily workout and proper diet though. Just curious because some says that if I lost a lot already. It will be hard for me to lose weight again. Thank You!
Yeah, you can continue to lose weight, of course. Usually though it would mean that you're becoming fit or whatever. I mean, if there's no actual body fat left, then you'd start to tone, which makes you start to gain muscle weight

You should be able to. I don't understand what would stop you. You don't just stop losing weight at a certain number. If that were the case then no one would be too skinny.
I don't see how you won't be able to lose more weight if you wanted to.
