So I just pulled an all-nighter for the first time. Any tips?

Not because of homework but due to severe stress, anxiety, anger, and other negative emotions centered around the last question I asked (see in my profile), and responding to everyone thus psyching myself out, which you may see being featured currently.

I know I need help and I am planning to get a more rigorous therapist, but I don't see them until two weeks later. :/

I also woke up at 11 AM last night so that's another factor. And in general I've not been getting enough sleep at all, so maybe I am accustoming my body to not take much sleep...

So yeah, any tips? I am going to take a cold shower (as I always have).
