I'm 17 and still flat chested. Can my boobs still grow :( ?

I wear a 36A and it's extremely embarassing. I've always been skinny (I'm 5'8 and 125 pounds.) I HATE my body because I look like a string bean. I always get people telling me: your face is so pretty. if you just had boobs and an ass.. you'd be way hotter" My mom is a 36DD, and so are my grandmas. My cousin is the same age and she's a 34D. Will my boobs ever grow? I'm 17 and getting extremely worried... I feel so unattractive, and will probably never have a boyfriend because curves and large boobs are universally accepted as being the most attractive. :(

  • Dude, I totally feel you. I'm 5'8" as well but about 120lbs; was 110lb but gained weight recently, but I'm a 32A.

    You shouldn't hate your body; I struggled with hating mine all my life except I thought I was fat, but I totally get you with the boob thing. I've been bullied because of my breast size and it's so annoying; I've just come to accept it. Mine are like two different sizes. One is like A and the other is like AA. You're not alone!

    Be glad that you don't have giant D+ boobs because they cause health problems once they reach a certain point.

  • It just depends on genetics. Even if your mother has a larger chest though that doesn't necessarily mean you will. It's a little more complicated than that. Having a small chest isn't the end of the world though. I'm a 32B which is pretty small but I've had no issues with being in relationships. Not getting a boyfriend has nothing to do with your chest size.

    There are plenty of men who aren't that picky when it comes to boob size. Even if a guy does prefer larger, if he likes a girl then he'll like her regardless of how big her chest is. There's more to a woman than her breast size so you shouldn't feel that your chest is the only thing that will matter when it comes to attracting a man or getting into a relationship.

    Personally, I wish I had cute small ones 😞 Tops and bikinis look so much better and you can wear more variety of tops. Plus I look so top heavy and lopsided, I hate it 😕

  • They can indeed still grow, but learn to be happy with them! I fucking LOVE A cups, so if you are worried about what others think. First off stop that... and secondly many of us love small boobs. Media tells you otherwise though, so that you will hate yourself, so that you will spend money on things to make yourself feel better. Don't let them play you like a fool.

  • Possibly. No one can really give you a for sure answer. There's nothing wrong with not having a huge chest, I have small boob's too, and it's totally ok.

Your breasts could grow a bit more over the next two years, but if they don't it isn't a big deal. You will have a boyfriend one day who appreciates everything about you, even the things you may find unattractive about yourself. Trust me.
