Looking to start eating healthy in the new year. And just wondering what some of your favourite healthy snacks r. Am not a big meal eater but I usually just binge on junk food but want to be a bit healthier. I plan on trying crackers and laughing cow low fat cheese , low fat yogurt and banana , lettece leafs with cold cuts of turkey , apple slices with a little bit of peanut butter I prefer slight snacks rather than a big meal although I really love grilled chicken and cabbage
Dont know how healthy they are but here are some of my fave healthier snacks...
Apricots
Pretzels and choco peanut butter
Celery and peanut butter
Greek yogurt with nuts and honey
Fruit salads
