It actually doesn't help as much as you think, so I wouldn't recommend doing it too often.
I've done it when I've felt guilty, though. Like if I worked out and then got all counterproductive and ate a bunch of crap. Later that day, I feel compelled to work it off because I have a pretty hefty guilt trigger.
Otherwise, provided your diet is okay, missing one workout is hardly the end of the world.

There's no real benefit to it at all. Also your shouldersister are really getting hit hard in both those workouts regardless so you could be setting yourself up for a serious shoulder injury.
Sometimes if I feel sluggish! I usually won't do the same work out, if I've worked on certain body groups in one sesh then I'll probably do a low intensity work out aka a light jog or a really long walk. Vice versa. I usually do them separately.
Oh sometimes but typically I'll break it up into a cardio session and a lifting session.

No I haven't really. Do not do back to back. I would say at least wait 12 hours. Your body won't fully recover and you will be drained the next day and won't work out to your max. So your doing more harm then good.
I never do a two a day workout
I workout 5 times a week.

You don't, do you?
No one ever knows what I mean. I quit. No, if I miss a day, then that's it. No reason to do double the trouble in one day because of that.
Nope I do strictly one a day no more no less.
