If you are happy with your body, and you are healthy then I wouldn't worry about it too much. There is nothing wrong with wanting to feel your best and ensure you are healthy. However if your friends are telling you that you are getting too thin, and its continuing constantly then check your weight etc. to see if you are still in a healthy rage. If so... then all good.

I mean there's nothing wrong with wanting to get healthier and be in better shape.
Wanting to be fitter and healthier doesn't mean that you think you're "unhealthy and don't feel comfortable in your skin".
I do like my body but I think there's room for improvement. That doesn't mean that I don't like my body the way it is now.
No, more people should be like you. I'm the same way and as a guy, I hate being told I should like the way afat woman looks. There is more to being heathly than just the looks and the problem is people ignore that and promote laziness. Props to you for loving yourself enough to admit when you could do better for yourself.
