She wants to:
~Get rid of all of her pimples
~Wants to lose about 10 pounds- for bikini season
~Get rid of the calluses on her big toes
~Shave her vagina hairs
The pimples can be helped by trying to keep your face clean, like washing your face in the morning. If you're really bad about it, you could try one of those anti-pimple creams, but I wouldn't put much faith in them.
The weight's will require tenacity and patience, and also acceptance. Everyone has a personal weight at which they function best. It's where you are fit, and strong, but still HEALTHY, not painfully skinny. The weight differs depending on body type, ancestry, and even just size in general. If you're straining and starving, but not losing, step back. LISTEN to your body; Your body has a natural blueprint of what it functions best at, it knows what's healthy. Aside from that, finding exercise that is enjoyable in some way is the best way to start and keep a program going. I never really liked the repetitive motions of a gym or just running on for miles. But I found more interactive activities, like martial arts and dance. Even something more robust like skipping or biking or a step class can be good. Yoga also aids in bringing the body back to it's natural rhythm.
Calluses can be helped by rubbing them with moisturizer, and by spending half an hour a day with no shoes or socks on, sitting on something soft, to let them breathe.
As for shaving down there... you're on your own, just try and be gentle and careful (WORST place to get razor burn)
Get prescription acne medication, run run and run some more, get new shoes (calluses form because your toes are rubbing against loose shoes), and umm what do you mean tell her how to shave her vagina? I suppose if you are really ambitious you could help her haha.
1- facial washes ( try anti-bacterial)
2- healthy eating plan/gym
3-go to a beauty salon for several pedicures
4- Wax don't shave.

Trip to chemist, doctor, gym, dietician and wax the cha cha cha. Can do all this online isn't great..
