well that's a nice generalization. I'm interning with a baseball team right now and all the girls there like sports, one can even pull stats out of her @ss like a guy can. My room mate wasn't crazy about all sports but she loves the Yankees, one of my sorority sisters loves the Cowboys, another is a huge Red Sox fans, one loves hockey, any hockey team, doesn't matter she'll watch it. There are plenty of girls out there that like sports but we just don't seem to have that ability to memorize stats of every player, for every sport. That's too many names, numbers, and teams for me to keep straight and it honestly doesn't matter. I don't need you're career stats I need to know how you've been playing the last 2 or 3 games...and if it's a team I like I don't need stats because I probably watched the game.

I like sports. I like playing rugby with my family, and I like to watch the UFC, which is considered a sport last time I checked. So not all women do not understand the appeal of sports. I like college basketball, and college football. Its fun to attend the games, and its GREAT to cheer them on. I literally will scream at the TV when UNC misses the pass. Or when App state fumbles the football.
I can picture most of my girlfriends cringing at the thought of having to sit through a sports game, but me-Nope. Sports are awesome. I enjoy them.

I used to watch football (soccer only in America) because my cousin is an avid fan of it. Since she moved to Guam however I've gotten out of it. Pretty hard to sit down with your favorite person and watch a game if your favorite person is missing.
