no worries, you don't have to show! what'd u do exactly? Just squats or did u do hip thrusts and stuff? Did you take any measurements or anything to see if anything worked?
I did a load of stuff I don't know names of, squats are only a tiny part. You see I was ripped upper body like six pack the lot, but a really flat arse and I found out girls actually like it more shapely like guys do girls😂. So what I did/ do was; 1 lie on back feet flat on ground at bum then lift pelvis in air. 70 reps. 2. Squats, 50 reps 2 sets. 3. Get as if doing a side plank ( tell me if you don't know what this is) and raise your leg up into the air. 20 reps both sides.4. The cross body climber... look it up😂. Do that routine ever second day. There's more but I say just do those in combination with some and and back stuff. I took some pictures before and the impovement is noticeable, I've a girls opinion on that too she says it's noticeable walking behind me😂.
