Taste.. Because, despite being 165lbs. I would love to eat more nutritious foods and feel their full benefit.
Like, for example. Cod liver oil should be taken from a spoon in liquid form - but, I just take the capsule alternative... And wheatgrass should be taken from the extract or blended - instead, I just take the powder alternative. So I still eat healthy, but not as healthy as I should.
I also hate veggies and often eat too much carbs or protein. Which means I have to put extra work in the gym because I do mostly cardio, not weights. Eating those food groups do not help me as much.
I would love to be on a MOSTLY vegetarian diet... But I just can't stand the bland. taste of veggies in comparison to toast or a chicken fillet. I really hate that. So yeah. If everything was tasteless. I could just eat whatever was most healthy for my body. Imagine that!0
