A question for fitness experts?

After a week of fast walking on an inclined treadmill (about 60 minutes 6 times a week) instead of loosing weight I've gained it why? to be considered I haven't been eating more then usual. Help much appreciated.

  • Perhaps you've gained muscle which weighs more then fat, but it's a good thing because more muscle mass will increase your metabolism and you will burn more calories doing the same exercise as before.

  • if you are only walking then it probably won't help you anyway. running is goibg to help you more amd i would reccomend lifting weights (ofc u won't lose much weight that way you wil just lose fat so if weight is ur main goal then nvm)

  • Well that won't help you because even if you didn't eat more than usual, your usual can be way too high.
