Yeah I don’t want my upper body like my shoulders done as I’m already naturally toned there and I’m broad from years of swimming. I naturally have big thighs and big bum so it’s really hard to hide them. Which is why I think I would look much nicer if they were toned and my stomach.
I’ve got one of those exercise balls the big ones but I was told that crunches aren’t good for you? That’s what I was going to use it for. I’ve also got two dumbbells that I just use for squatting. But I don’t know much
If you have neck or back pains. Crunches can be bad if you do it wrong, yeah.But in essence, I don't really see anything you'd absolutely need to improve on. Probably just maintain what you have. Unless you really want to tone up more.Are you familiar with calisthenics?
No idea what Calisthenics is?
In short, it's an exercise form in which you use various things around you to hold a pose. Most commonly known is the bar. But you can also use a wheel or hanging rings. These can be fairly exhausting physically, but they're good for building up your core, and toning specific areas. The ball we talked about is also used in calisthenics.

by the way, your legs are not fat and they add softness to your look.. You can tone them but then you're basically a man because that is your only soft spot? ☹️ By soft I means slightly feminine NOT FAT!

Cool hope you enjoy it. There are a bunch of different types of yoga that are offered. I actually got off the 'power yoga' because I do weight lifting and do better with a 'slower flow' that focuses more on stretching and loosening muscles than building strength and the toning that comes with 'power yoga'.

why do you hate jogging? its awesome cardio exercise! i like to jog next to the river its such a relaxing activity just being one with nature and enjoying the scenery while moving your body
Because I’m asthmatic and it makes me a bit nervous to run, I use to be a swimmer and runner but when I ran I always use to cough.

Yeah I’ve always had really bad asthma, I’ve always been on a preventative puffer
Swimming helps it the most
swimming is really good actually because its a low impact exercise but i find i get tired a lot faster swimming than i do with jogging

No, unfortunately. I use to swim 16 hours a day when I was a kid, I moved to England from Aus when I was 9 and I never went swimming in England. When I was a kid it was my dream to compete in the Olympics but that never happened 😂. Now I’m back living in Aus I just swim for leisure and swim laps in the summer
