Do compression pants/sleeves/tops exist that actually do stimulate blood flow, or is it all complete bogus?

I want my blood flow to be stimulated for medical reasons. Can compression clothes help me with this?

  • Not a doctor, so just sharing my experience. I use compression socks for running because I've had Achilles tendinitis issues in the past on my runs, particularly when it's cold. I haven't had any flare-ups since using compression.
